Options of this set With this mounting set you can easily and neatly attach our 250kg drawer runners perpendicular to the floor or ceiling. This set consists of two brackets for supporting or hanging the same drawer runner; One bracket comes at the front against the largest drawer runner profile, and one at the back deep in the casing. You can mount the drawer runner at three different heights, namely: 42, 118 and 194mm. You can also choose to place multiple runners on top of each other. Please note that one set is for one side, so you will need two of these sets if you want to support drawer(s) on both sides in this way. If you want multiple drawers not (only) in height, but (also) along each other, you only need one bracket set between two columns of drawers. After all, you can hang drawer runners on both sides of one bracket. The mounting materials for two drawer runners per bracket are included. If you want more than 4 mounting points per drawer runner, or hang three drawer runners on top of each other, you will need to add separate M5x8mm mounting materials yourself. If you are going to mount very long runners, you can choose to order an extra set of brackets and add a support point halfway. If you are unsure about this, our advice is: Leave out the middle support, it is not necessary! Our angled brackets also make the job easier. Even professionals, who can also attach the drawer runners directly to the inner walls of a cabinet, choose our floor brackets. The reason for this is that accurately placing drawer runners is a precise and challenging process. The play between the cabinet and the drawer must meet many requirements in order to achieve smooth drawer movement. This can take a lot of time and cause a lot of frustration. With our floor brackets you avoid this hassle. You simply assemble all the parts together in advance and then place the whole thing in place. You slide the drawer(s) open and closed a number of times, causing the floor brackets to vibrate into the ideal position. Then you screw them to the surface and you’re done. It couldn’t be easier! What about the quality? These high angle profiles are manufactured from 4mm thick aluminium, a lightweight material that is ideal for applications in commercial vehicles and campers. Aluminium is known for its durability and resistance to corrosion. The only treatment this product has undergone is a light sanding to remove sharp edges. This set is exceptionally strong and can easily exceed the load capacity of the drawer runners, meaning they will last a lifetime. This set only contains the mounting hardware for the connection between the brackets and the drawer runners. You will need to provide the screws or bolts yourself to mount the brackets to the surface. Please note that when opening the drawer a considerable force is exerted on the brackets, which will pull the rear brackets upwards. Therefore, it is advisable to use bolts and nuts, if possible, together with large washers at the bottom for extra security. If you cannot reach the bottom, or it is not present, use thick and long screws. Make sure that all holes are filled with screws to prevent the brackets from lifting when several heavy drawers are fully extended. If mounting to a thin or soft surface, consider using expansion rivet nuts, possibly in combination with sealant for extra reinforcement. Another option is to absorb the upward force by clamping the rear brackets or placing something heavy on top. Combine products! If you use both these floor brackets and our drawer brackets, you get bottom clearances of 14 / 74.2 / 90.2 / 150.4 / 166.4 / 226.6, depending on the hole height and the position of the drawer bracket (lip above / below center line).
